Return of products
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, provided this has been approved by Owleen GmbH. Exchanges are not possible. Returns must be sent to Owleen GmbH, Tannhofstrasse 27, 2540 Grenchen.
Returns can only be made within two weeks (14 calendar days) of receipt of the goods and after approval by Owleen GmbH. Returns must be requested using the contact information available at www.owleen.ch.
By exercising the right of return, the purchase contract is converted into a rescission, whereby the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. Owleen.ch will bear the costs of the return shipment.
After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
We reserve the right to deduct the refunded purchase price or issue an invoice for possible damage or improper wear and tear of the goods. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to handling necessary to determine the nature, quality, and functionality of the goods. Owleen.ch may refuse reimbursement until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Owleen.ch guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products damaged during shipping will be repaired or replaced at owleen.ch's discretion, provided the customer notifies owleen.ch of the defect by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If owleen.ch so requests, the customer must also promptly return the delivered products in their original packaging to owleen.ch. Owleen.ch will cover the shipping costs.
Any further warranty for the delivered products and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded unless owleen.ch has fraudulently concealed the product defects in question. However, if owleen.ch can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, owleen.ch will, to the extent possible, assign these claims to the customer at the customer's request. However, owleen.ch assumes no responsibility for the successful enforcement of these claims. The same applies to any claims owleen.ch may assert against the Swiss Post for damages incurred during transport.
In particular, owleen.ch does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the use intended by the customer or that they will achieve a specific result.
Returned products or packages will only be accepted in proper condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
