Return of products
Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery, provided this has been approved by Owleen Sessiz. Exchanges are not possible. Returns must be sent to owleen.ch, Sessiz Recep, Halta 26, 3186 Düdingen.
Returns can only be made within two weeks (14 calendar days) of receipt of the goods and after approval by Owleen Sessiz Recep. The return must be requested using the contact information available on www.owleen.ch.
By exercising the right of return, the purchase contract is converted into a reversal relationship, whereby the services received as part of the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs for the return shipment are borne by Owleen.ch.
After receipt of the goods, any purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
We reserve the right to deduct the purchase price to be refunded or to issue an invoice for possible damage or improper wear and tear of the goods. No deduction will be made if the loss in value is due to the handling of the goods necessary to determine their type, quality and functionality. Owleen.ch may refuse to refund until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Owleen.ch guarantees that the products are undamaged at the time of shipment. Products that are damaged during shipment will be repaired or replaced at owleen.ch's discretion, provided the customer notifies owleen.ch of the defect by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If owleen.ch so requests, the customer must also immediately return the delivered products in their original packaging to owleen.ch. Owleen.ch will cover the shipping costs.
Any further warranty for the products delivered and any liability for damage caused by these products is excluded unless owleen.ch has fraudulently concealed the product defects in question. However, if owleen.ch can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the product in question, owleen.ch will, if possible, assign these claims to the customer at the customer's request. However, owleen.ch accepts no responsibility for the successful enforcement of these claims. The same applies to any claims that owleen.ch can assert against the post office for damage that occurred during transport.
In particular, owleen.ch does not guarantee that the products are suitable for the use intended by the customer or that they will produce a specific result.
